1.  The Farm of Fennachrochan Park (which also comprised the islands known as Eilean Ramsay and Eilean Droineoch) = 125.146 acres.

and

2.  The Farm of Point = 45.005

acres.

OWNERSHIP HISTORY

15th May 1886 - Sold by the Trustees of Alexander Haig to James Alexander Fell.

23rd October 1955 - Sold by the Trustees of James Alexander Fell to Dugald and Alison Carmichael for £2,950.

28th November 1978 - Sold by Alison Carmichael to Valerie and John Gilmour.

16th February 2015 - Sold by Valerie Gilmour to Rognvald Livingstone

- only the fourth owner in over 130 years.
